Sorry, this item has sold.

An aesthetic Fluorite with Quartz is from the Lemon Meringue Pocket, a cavity within the yellow Fluorite zone of The Bull Vein at the Lady Annabella mine in Weardale, County Durham. This specimen has a sparkling combination of citrus lemon-yellow cubic Fluorite crystals sprinkled with Quartz crystals. The Fluorite develops cubes that tend to be transparent and gemmy covering a pale apricot-cream, altered limestone matrix. The dusting of bright, lustrous gemmy Quartz crystals adds the meringue to the Fluorite’s lemon! A great specimen from Lady Annabella mine. 3 1/8 inch across. 198.5 grams
