An elongated twinned calcite crystals which have formed a fishtail termination. there are 3 generations of calcite present. the underlying white calcite are coated with a layer of iron oxide then covered with micro calcite crystals. In the valley between the main points are high luster calcite as well. 2 7/8 inch tall at 90.5 grams. Colorful display. Mined at Montrose, Colorado USA
