A Carrollite crystal on matrix. Kamoya South Mine, Kambove, Congo

A highly lustrous silvery 18mm carrollite octahedron sits on a matrix of quartz. Carrollite is a metallic mineral from Kamoya South II Mine, Kamoya, Kambove District, Katanga, Democratic Republic of the Congo. I cannot tell if there is damage or if the formation is natural on the tip...you will need to decide but under magnification it looks natural to me.
