Offering a mostly polished, Acicular sprays, Dumortierite included clear Quartz crystal point. Excellent sharp internal sprays in clear quartz. This one is top grade as the clear huge front window shows its interior sprays perfectly. Many are cloudy or have big internal fractures, this is clean and considered top grade. Polish job is first class with no dips or ridges. We can easily say this Dumortierite is rare and fine. Tucson had just the blue inclusions with no Acicular sprays as they were only found in limited qualities. This crystal is chip free, the tip has a tiny inclusion not damage. The back is natural shown in the last photo.
Photos shot with a macro lens. Crystal is very very nice and scarce. NOTE THE SIZE OF THIS CRYSTAL, about 92.2 carats and measuring 45 mm 25 mm by 17 mm deep. Lots of detailed puff ball sprays of Dumortierite on it's interior within the quartz to explore.
Mined in Vaca Morte, Bahia, Brazil before 2003. Would make an excellent wrap or pendant or display as is. USA and Japan only.
